A busted pipe caused sewer backup in my basement. Thankfully, Clean Restoration was able to come out the day that I called, clean up everything, and leave the basement smelling and looking nice and clean. I highly recommend them!

Jeff and his crew fit us in last minute, and came in the day after Christmas to get us cleaned up and drying out. His crew is very professional and did an awesome job during this horribly timed disaster. We were cleaned up, dried out and ready to get the contractor in before the insurance adjuster showed up. Woke up December 23, 2022 to a frozen pipe burst in our basement with water all over the floor. My husband called Jeff at Clean Restoration and said “We need help!” Their workers were off that day for the upcoming Christmas holiday but he called and four of them came in and worked the whole day pulling all of the laminate flooring and baseboards out of our entire basement. I cannot give enough comments of how professional they were and how hard they worked. It was -8 that morning and his... workers had to carry all their equipment in those extreme bitter cold conditions. Jeff and his team were amazing to work with. I had not 1 but 2 water issues in a month and they took care of me both times. We had a sewage backup in are basement and we were advised to take several steps before having a crew come out. We only needed a plumber in the end but the professionalism and honesty saved us a bunch of money. It's nice to know that a company who could of used a catastrophe like we had in our home was professional and honest and guided us to other services before utilizing there's. Can't thank them enough.

We needed some moldy drywall and insulation removed. Alan and Jeff were great to work with. We called “Clean Restoration” on a Friday, got a very competitive estimate, and the crew was on-site Tuesday morning. By noon, the job was complete. Jeff, Alan and the entire team were great to work with. They were on location (Pittsfield) within an hour of my initial phone call. They had the water out, basement cleaned and equipment running to dry everything out in just a few hours. The technicians were very efficient, diligent and polite. Although sewage backup cleaning wasn't one of the obvious listed services, we discovered that they did do this kind of work. They responded to our call very quickly, got to the property very fast, made their assessment, gave us a fair price, and did the work thoroughly, professionally, and quickly. They communicate well and pleasantly with stressed clients. Very glad they could come from Quincy to do the work!

When the franchise companies told me they would call back, they didn't I'd rather deal with someone local than call a toll free number and get someone in who-knows-where. I'm not even sure how Jeff got my number, but he was the first to call back and said he'd be here within an hour and he was. His crew did a great job.

As a local insurance agent, I have dealt with just about every restoration company in town. Clean Restoration is absolutely fabulous to work with. Professional, sympathetic, and most of all RELIABLE. Most restoration contractors severally over charge the insurance carrier in a time a tragedy which ultimately causes the insured’s rates to go up. These guys are very fair and get the job done. If my home ever suffered damage Clean Restoration would be my first call.
