WOW!!!! Words just don’t do justice for the results I saw today!!! The carpet is cleaner than I could ever have imagined. One specific area that I thought would be impossible to clean, is now CLEAN!!! My cat decided to cop an attitude and use the carpet as her litter box. I was given reason to believe that the smell may not come out at all. BUT IT DID!!! CLEAN has without a doubt, proven that they are the BEST. Clean Restoration was an absolute LIFESAVER when our basement flooded! They were at our door within 30 minutes of placing an emergency call on a Sunday EVENING! Their crew worked tirelessly to get everything cleaned up and dried out, and they did not leave our home until all 3,000+ gallons of water was emptied. In the week they were here they were very professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping us through our stressful situation. They have hearts of gold and even took the time to engage with our toddler and ask us how we were doing (a big shoutout to Shon who was very knowledgeable and helped ease a lot of our worries!). The owner, Jeff, also made appearances (even on Sunday evening) and kept wonderful communication with us through the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and his business. Woke up December 23, 2022 to a frozen pipe burst in our basement with water all over the floor. My husband called Jeff at Clean Restoration and said “We need help!” Their workers were off that day for the upcoming Christmas holiday but he called and four of them came in and worked the whole day pulling all of the laminate flooring and baseboards out of our entire basement. I cannot give enough comments of how professional they were and how hard they worked. It was -8 that morning and his workers had to carry all their equipment in those extreme bitter cold conditions. They turned a horrible nightmare into such relief once they had all the water out and the fans and dehumidifiers set up. Thank you Whitney, Kaitlin, Chris, Austin!

We needed some moldy drywall and insulation removed. Alan and Jeff were great to work with. We called “Clean Restoration” on a Friday, got a very competitive estimate, and the crew was on-site Tuesday morning. By noon, the job was complete. The crew was very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up and hauling away the debris.
