Part of our Sales Operations team, the Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service. They are also responsible for generating new business and maintaining high quality relationships with our existing clientele. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of customers and clients while providing superior service.

Salary: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation
• Perform content restoration work for residential and commercial properties
• Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, packing customer’s contents, general on-location cleaning
• Assists with the inventory of site contents, setup of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage, and lifting items into storage
• Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and wearing protective gear
• Operate routinely used tools and equipment
• Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
• All other duties as assigned

• Identify and document project scope of work
• Maintain customer and client communications
• Review/write estimates
• Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
• Ensure proper protocols & standards are executed properly 
• Create project schedule, timeline, and manage labor
• Train and teach crews for maximum productivity and satisfaction 
• Negotiate projects/estimates with customer/adjusters
